Tacoma Summits The Top 5 List for 2010 Markets
Recently SmartMoney.com posted it's Top 5 Best Markets For 2010. Tacoma made the top of the list with Seattle close behind. Great news for the Puget Sound real estate housing market. Several factors went into determining the cities, including the labor market, foreclosure rates, home prices, and the number of adjustable loans that are due to reset in the coming year.
